Berczy Bulletin: The June Edition
We’re celebrating our one year anniversary this month 🥳 and what a year it's been!
Last year we launched in the midst of the first lockdown, and it's definitely been an interesting journey to where we are now. We’ve been working hard to partner up with awesome brands, planning exciting expansions into Europe and further, and launched into some of our favourite stores. We’ve also had really great times with our ambassadors Nick Butter and Aimee Fuller, and cannot wait for more exciting ventures with both of them.
All of this couldn’t be possible without you, our customers. So, a big thanks to every single one of you for supporting us on our journey.
It’s been a busy month over here at Berczy HQ, and we can’t wait to see how the summer unfolds – keep your eyes peeled as we will be popping up all over the place, and we’d love for you to come say hi!
Planet Organic
We’ve been plugging away to get our delicious, refreshing drinks into your hands, and in our favourite shops, festivals and pop-ups. We visited UKHarvest
Our team went down to sunny Chichester to see our charity partners UKHarvest to understand more about their operations, education facilities and how they’ve navigated the last year with such an enormous surplus of food. Food waste is a huge issue in the UK, and we all need to play our part.
Hard Seltzer Masters
At the beginning of the month, we were awarded 3 medals in The Global Spirits Business Hard Seltzer taste test. Our Peach & Raspberry and Passionfruit & Turmeric both won master medals and our Lemon & Lime won a silver medal! We’re so pleased that the pros are loving our drinks as much as you guys and we can’t wait for more of you to try them. If you haven’t given us a go yet, maybe this will sway you.
Meet Nick Johnson, one of our three co-founders, who always keeps the ideas fresh at Berczy HQ. He looks after Marketing and the Operations side of the business. Nick is helping Berczy expand into new territories outside of the UK, and has a background in Environmental Engineering, so he really champions Berczy’s sustainability initiatives.

Favourite place to visit?
Richmond Park. There's nothing quite like a scenic walk or cycle around Richmond on a warm summer's evening. You can usually find me out there at least once a week! Outside of the UK, it has to be Mallorca. It's a stunning island and one of my favourite places in the world, and to top it off, the watersports are great! I can't wait to get out there once the travel restrictions are lifted.

All of Berczy's flavours are delicious, but I'm a big Peach & Raspberry guy.
What he's loving right now?
Growing vegetables on the balcony: I've planted one potato and it hasn’t died yet, so I'm really happy about that!
